As the service provider of the project, Shanghai Sansi Electronic Engineering Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Sansi") actively replace more than 27,000 high-efficiency LED street lights and control systems for more than 400 streets in the downtown area of Xuzhou, successfully realized the full coverage of LED street lights, which responded to the “EMC” (Energy Management Contract) model for the energy-saving upgrade.
