The Longest Municipal Expressway Tunnel in Hefei

The centerpiece of this infrastructure upgrade is the newly constructed SuSong Road Tunnel, the longest municipal expressway tunnel in Hefei.

This state-of-the-art double-deck tunnel spans 1,250 meters and is the first of its kind in the city. Sansi LED was tasked with illuminating this engineering marvel. Leveraging their expertise, Sansi developed a tailored lighting plan that enhances safety, visibility, and aesthetics.

Inside the tunnel, linear lights and tunnel lights with original imported chips ensure low thermal resistance, excellent heat dissipation, high thermal conductivity, minimal light decay, and pure light color, all contributing to optimal visibility and reduced driver fatigue.

Custom Lighting for Driver Comfort: The tunnel’s ceiling is fitted with customized landscape lights that cater to drivers’ visual comfort, minimizing visual impact and fatigue, thereby ensuring traffic safety.
